About Olivia
Business & Personal Coach
My background as a journalist, editor, and PR manager in Ireland and internationally led me to media coaching. Working as a journalist as well as on the other side in PR, I know what media organisations are looking for and how to give it to them. I have worked as an online journalist with Al Jazeera English and Sky News, as an output producer with Thomson Reuters news agency and an editor with the Irish Independent (online). I have worked in media and PR/communications manager roles with a number of organisations, including international aid and development agency GOAL and PR, communications and publishing agency, Agency.

I am a qualified Personal, Business and Executive coach (Irish Lifecoach Institute) and also certified in Parent Coaching, Stress Management and Team Coaching. I have a Masters in International Journalism from City University, London and a degree in English & Spanish from UCD.

As a coach, I partner with clients to empower them to make long lasting changes in their lives. Coaching helped with my anxiety and low mood and gave me confidence in myself and my decisions. Coaching helped ease my guilt and worry over things I can’t control. It has made me a happier, calmer, and more confident person.
